Is This Site Secure?
To prevent unauthorised access and to make sure all information is secure we have put in place suitable physical & electronic protocols to protect and guard the information we collect online.
What do I do if I have forgotten my password?
If you forget your password, click ‘forgotten my password’ on the login screen and follow on screen instructions.
How do I terminate my account?
If for any reason you would like to terminate your account, simply click terminate account. All information will be lost. You can re-open your account at a later date, if it was a voluntary action.
How do I contact you?
To contact us, simply click on the ‘contact us’ page situated at the bottom of the pages, send us an email and someone will get back to you.
How do I upload contacts?
Please download one of the free apps that correspond to your handset and follow the instructions to create a vCard (.vcf) that can be used to upload your contacts to forgotyourphone.com!
